Nature Walks

Home / Activities / Nature Walks

For physical exercise, the lodge was designed to provide trails for nature and community walks, bicycle riding, canoeing and boat rides as well as aerobics on the river bank.

Nature walks provide the best and closest views of the wilds of Murchison Murchison Falls Conservation Area. A trail from the lodge winds down to the river, passing gullies and low hills.

Animals, birds and plants can be closely and quietly observed. Nature walks are also available
at Rabongo Forest, the Top of the Falls and in Kaniyo Pabidi forest. UWA ranger guides must be hired for these nature walks.
